“Healthy Toasted Sandwich”
The VianD thought of trying to assemble a simple Gourmet Sandwich. As usual, dug out some stuff from the Fridge and decided to create a Sandwich A’La De VianD. Tacky, huh? *smile* C’mon, it’s just a name…ahaha! Anything goes really; and it is simple-fast-easy, healthy and of course delicious too, you’ll see. Here’s The Viand’s take on “Sandwich a’la de Viand“.
- Slices of Toasted Bread. Butter, Eggs, sliced Cheddar cheese, sliced Ham, sliced luncheon meat (Spam), slice Tomatoes and Lettuce.
- Salt and black pepper. All to taste. ** Note : Just dash of everything, if U prefer a stronger intensity of an ingredient flavor, simply add a little extra of that ingredient/spice – no rocket scientific measurement here. Always taste your Seasoning !!!
- Step 1 : Start by lightly saute the sliced Ham and sliced luncheon meat (Spam). Fry the Eggs – sprinkle some Salt and grounded Black Pepper on the Eggs while frying; for flavors. Set aside.
- Step 2 : Time to assemble the Sandwich. Spread the Toasted bread with mayonnaise or anything bread-spread U fancy. Stack everything on the bread. Stick a “Toothpick” in the Sandwich to hold everything from falling. Viola !! Wholesome delicious “Sandwich A’ala De VianD” is done.
