“Breakfast In A Glorious Hot Rustic Pan”
“Toast, Sausages, Bacon and Eggs” all served in one glorious Pan, is as rustic as it gets…LoL Basically, it is just ur normal Deli stuffs breakfast but cooked in a hot rustic Pan and served right from the Pan. Looks amazing on the dining table when it is being served, however – ones wonder how many Pan does ones need, in order to serve more than two..ahahaha. Well, one way is to do everything the same way as in a single small Pan but on a larger scale in a larger Pan and then simply divide (portion) them like pizza; – unfortunately, this way, no more serving in the hot rustic Pan !! *smile* Here’s The Viand’s rendition on “Rustic Pan Fried America Breakfast“.
- 2-3 Sausages, 2 Eggs, Bacon and 1-2 slices of bread (generously spread with butter).
- Salt, shredded cheese (preferably Parmesan or Cheddar) and freshly grounded Black pepper. All to taste. ** Note : Just dash/pinch of everything, if U prefer a stronger intensity of an ingredient flavor, simply add a little extra of that ingredient/spice – no rocket scientific measurement here. Always taste your Seasoning !!!
- Step 1 : Start by sautéing the Bacon on medium heat till golden brown crispy. Dish out to drain excess oil. Set aside. With the same Pan lightly sauté the Sausages till aromatic. Dish out to drain excess oil. Set aside. Again, with the same Pan toast the Bread till slightly brown. Set aside.
- Step 2 : With the Pan on low heat, assemble everything in a way that U leave space to crack two Eggs into it. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese on top. Cover with fitting lid and let it sit for 3-5 mins or till Cheese melted and depending on how well-done U want ur Eggs. Sprinkle a pinch or Salt and a generous amount of freshly grounded Black pepper and serve in the hot Pan.
