Print-Chives Omelet (韭菜煎蛋)


Main :

  • Chives – washed and cut to about 1-inch long. Eggs.

Seasoning :

  • Salt, Sugar, white pepper, a touch of Oyster sauce and a dash of Sesame oil. All to taste. ** Note : Just dash/pinch of everything, if U prefer a stronger intensity of an ingredient flavor, simply add a little extra of that ingredient/spice (no rocket scientific measurement here). Always taste your Seasoning !!!

Start by beating the Eggs with all the Seasoning Ingredients. Add in the Chives and mix well. Dish out into Pan or Wok. On medium-heat, let the Eggs sit for abt 1-2 mins. It should be ready (solidify enough) to be flip-over. Flip and fry for another 1-2 mins. When its nice and golden brown, ur easy delicious hearty “Chives Omelet (韭菜煎蛋)” is ready to be served hot.
