Print-Fried Spaghetti (Chinese Style)


Main :

  • Spaghetti, Cabbage, sliced Onion, Eggs, sliced meat, sliced Fish cake. U can substitute the meat and Fish-cake to your fancy (could be any condiments).

Seasoning :

  • Salt, Sugar, white pepper, a dash of Sesame oil and Oyster sauce. All to taste. ** Note : Just dash of everything, if U prefer a stronger intensity of an ingredient flavor, simply add a little extra of that ingredient/spice (no rocket scientific measurement here). Always taste your Seasoning !!!

Start by boiling the Spaghetti with a pinch of Salt.

Meanwhile, sauteing the rest of the ingredients (except the Eggs and Cabbages) till aromatic with some chopped Garlic.
Crack the Eggs and break it up into bite size, stir and mix well. Then scoop some of the water from the boiling Spaghetti (this will be ur gravy) and add Cabbages. Crank up the heat, bring to boil, give it a few mins – abt 5 mins.
At this juncture the Spaghetti is just abt halfway cooked. Transfer the Spaghetti (together with the boiling water, getting rid excess) directly into the Wok. Using the water from the boiling Spaghetti will creates a natural richness in the gravy. Bring to boil then simmer till Spaghetti Al dente and gravy slightly thicken. Add all the Seasoning Ingredients. Ur plate of wholesome delicious “Fried Spaghetti (Chinese Style)” is ready to be served hot.
