- Noodles, Eggs, Bean Spouts, sliced Onion/Chillis and other sliced meat condiments.
- Dark/Light Soy, Salts, Sugar and Oyster sauce. All to taste. ** Note : Just dash of everything, if U prefer a stronger intensity of an ingredient flavor, simply add a little extra of that ingredient/spice (no rocket scientific measurement here). Always taste your Seasoning !!!
Start by saute the Sliced Onion and meat condiments with some chopped Garlic till aromatic. Add the Noodles and all the Seasoning Ingredients.
Crank up the heat. Crack in the Eggs and stir-fry/mix well. Add Bean Sprouts/sliced Chillis and a little water. Viola.., your plate of delicious “Kap Tai Fun” is ready to be served hot.
