- 2-3 Sausages, 2 Eggs, Bacon and 1-2 slices of bread (generously spread with butter).

All to taste. ** Note : Just dash/pinch of everything, if U prefer a stronger intensity of an ingredient flavor, simply add a little extra of that ingredient/spice (no rocket scientific measurement here). Start by sautéing the Bacon on medium heat till golden brown crispy. Dish out to drain excess oil. Set aside. With the same Pan lightly sauté the Sausages till aromatic. Dish out to drain excess oil. Set aside. Again, with the same Pan toast the Bread till slightly brown. Set aside.
With the Pan on low heat, assemble everything in a way that U leave space to crack two Eggs into it. Sprinkle generous amount of shredded cheese on top. Cover with fitting lid and let it sit for 3-5 mins or till Cheese melted and depending how well-done U want ur Eggs. Sprinkle a pinch or Salt and a generous amount of freshly grounded Black pepper and serve in the hot Pan.
