Print-Salted Butter Prawns (The VianD Style)

INGREDIENTS

Main :

  • Deveined Prawns (with everything intact, head, shell and tail)- marinate with lots of Salted, ShaoXing wine, sugar, Black pepper, Oyster Sauce for at least an hr.
    ~
    Butter.
METHOD

Start by melting some butter in a HOT pan. Saute the Prawns for abt 3-4 mins (each side) in high heat or till Prawns turned pink in color. Viola ! Your plate of mouthwatering “Salted Butter Prawns (The VianD Style)” is ready to be served hot.
