- A bunch of Baby Bok Choy, rinsed and clean thoroughly. Cut in half if too big.
- Sliced Ginger, a small handful of Goji berries and coarsely chopped Dried Shrimps.
- Salt, Sugar and a dash of Oyster sauce and Shaoxing wine. All to taste. ** Note : Just dash/pinch of everything, if U prefer a stronger intensity of an ingredient flavor, simply add a little extra of that ingredient/spice (no rocket scientific measurement here). Always taste your Seasoning !!!
On medium/low heat, start by sauteing the sliced Ginger and Dried shrimps with some chopped Garlic till aromatic. Add a tiny bit of water, bring to boil, then simmer for a little while – just get the flavor of the Ginger and Dried shrimps.
Crank up the heat, add the Bok Choy. A few quick stirs, seriously…, be quick and dependingly on ur heat, water will be produced and the Bok Choy will get soggy – definitely not something U want !!! Add the Goji berries and Seasoning Ingredients. A few more quick stirs and viola, ur plate of fresh crunchy sweet “Simple Stir-Fried Baby Bok Choy“” is ready to be served hot.
