Start by marinating the Chicken with all the Seasoning Ingredients for a couple of hrs. If U R preparing for everyday normal consumption, U can add a couple tablespoon of Shaoxing wine if U so choose. With the Chicken at room temperature, place everything in a deepen-pot with cover, pour the Essence of Chicken all over. Steam for abt 30-60 mins (longer steaming time mean softer meat texture).
