- Tofu, French beans, Onion and Chili – all diced.
- Salt, Sugar, Oyster sauce, Sesame oil, White Pepper and Light soy. All to taste. ** Note : Just dash of everything, if U prefer a stronger intensity of an ingredient flavor, simply add a little extra of that ingredient/spice (no rocket scientific measurement here). Always taste your Seasoning !!!
Start by deep-frying the Tofu which will produce a firmer crispy outer texture – abt 3-5 mins. Alternately, U can simply stir-fry in high heat with a little oil – till brown. Set aside to drain off excess oil.
Saute the diced Onion, Chili and some chopped Garlic till aromatic. Add in the beans and stir fry a while and lastly add the Tofu. Add the Seasoning Ingredients. Crank up the heat and give it a few quick stirs and mix well. Plate and viola, simple economical “Stir-Fry Cubed French Beans And Tofu” is ready to be served hot.
