Print-Stir Fry Garlic Roast Pork

INGREDIENTS

Main :

  • Bite size Roast Pork Belly. Lots of roughly chopped Garlic (not in pict.) and sliced Ginger. Optional – Scallion cut to abt 1-2 inches long.

Seasoning :

  • Light soy, Sugar, white pepper, a touch of Oyster sauce and a dash of Sesame oil and Shaoxing wine. A dash of Dark soy for coloring. All to taste. ** Note : Just dash/pinch of everything, if U prefer a stronger intensity of an ingredient flavor, simply add a little extra of that ingredient/spice (no rocket scientific measurement here). Always taste your Seasoning !!!
METHOD

Start by sautéing the sliced Ginger and Garlic till golden brown  aromatic on medium/low heat. Add in the Roast Pork and mix well.

Continue to sauté and stir till oil starts to render and aromatic. OptionalAdd a little water and let it sit for a little while (just to soften the Roast pork unless U prefer tough meat, especially the lean part). Add the Scallion, turn the heat to high, add all the Seasoning Ingredients. Give it a few more quick stirs (just to combine everything) and viola, ur plate of flavorful aromatic, kinda sticky caramelized “Stir Fry Garlic Roast Pork” is ready to be served hot.
