Print-Stir Fry Glass/Cellophane Noodles

INGREDIENTS

Main :

  • Glass Noodles – soak for abt 10-15 mins, drained and set aside.

Side :

  • Eggs, roughly chopped dried shrimps, roughly chopped pork, sliced Fish cake, sliced Red Chill, sliced Red carrot and lots of Bean Sprout . Frankly, U can pretty much add any condiments U fancy.

Seasoning :

  • Salt, Sugar, White pepper, Light soy, and a touch of Oyster sauce and Sesame oil. A dash of Dark soy just for coloring. All to taste. ** Note : Just dash/pinch of everything, if U prefer a stronger intensity of an ingredient flavor, simply add a little extra of that ingredient/spice (no rocket scientific measurement here). Always taste your Seasoning !!!
METHOD

With a generous amount of oil, start by sauteing the Dried Shrimps on low/medium heat till aromatic and starts to pop. Move aside (U can dish them out if U like) and using the same oil, saute the Pork, sliced Fish cake and some chopped Garlic till aromatic.
