Start by sauteing the Shallots, Garlics and Gingers till aromatic. Add Pork Slices and saute awhile till Fat render. Add water, bring to boil and simmer till sauce thicken slightly. Add the Spring Onion and simmer a little more. Add all the Seasoning Ingredients. Delicious plate of “Stir Fried Pork Slices” is ready to be served hot.
