Print-Stir Fry Salted Fish Nga Choy


Main :

  • Bean Sprouts, Sliced Salted Fish ,Scallion and Red Chilli.

Seasoning :

  • Salt, Salt, Sugar, a pinch of White pepper and a dash of Sesame oil, Shaoxing wine and Oyster sauce. All to taste. ** Note : Just dash of everything, if U prefer a stronger intensity of an ingredient flavor, simply add a little extra of that ingredient/spice (no rocket scientific measurement here). Always taste your Seasoning !!!

Start by deep frying the Salted Fish till aromatic. Set aside.

Using the same oil, saute some Garlic till aromatic. Crank up the heat, add the Bean Sprout, give it a few quick stir. Add Scallion, Sliced Chilis and Salted Fish. Stir fry for 2/3 mins. Season with all the Seasoning Ingredients. Simple, ur plate of delicious savoury “Stir Fry Salted Fish Nga Choy (Stir Fried Salted Fish Bean Sprouts)” is ready to be served hot.
