Print-Stir-Fry Tofu with French Beans


Main :

  • Sliced Fried-tofu (or any harder texture Tofu), French Beans – cut to 1-3 inches long. Sliced red Chilli and Ginger.

  • Salt, Sugar, white pepper, a touch of Oyster sauce, Sesame oil and a dash of Shaoxing wine. All to taste. ** Note : Just dash/pinch of everything, if U prefer a stronger intensity of an ingredient flavor, simply add a little extra of that ingredient/spice (no rocket scientific measurement here). Always taste your Seasoning !!!

Start by sauteing some chopped Garlic and sliced Ginger till aromatic. Add in the Tofu, give it a few quick stirs, just to brown the white part of the Tofu a little.  Add the Beans and a few more quick stirs. Add a little water, this will be sauce. Bring to boil, add all the Seasoning Ingredients, sliced Chilli and viola, ur plate of “Stir-Fry Tofu with French Beans” is ready to be served hot.
