- French Beans cubed in an angle of about 1-inch long. Soaked Glass Noodles, cut to about 2 inches long. Shredded Red carrot and lightly beaten Eggs.
- Light Soy, Sesame oil, White Pepper, finely chopped Garlic, Salt, Sugar and Oyster sauce. All to taste. ** Note : Just dash of everything, if U prefer a stronger intensity of an ingredient flavor, simply add a little extra of that ingredient/spice (no rocket scientific measurement here). Always taste your Seasoning !!!
Saute some Garlic till aromatic. Add in the Beans and Carrot and stir-fry a while. Season with a little salt and Sugar. Meanwhile, lightly beat the Eggs with the Seasoning Ingredients. Add the Eggs and Glass Noodles. Stir and mix well. Don’t let the Eggs settle and don’t over cooked the eggs. Dish out and serve with rice.
