Print-Wat Tan Noodles (Cantonese Fried)

INGREDIENTS

Main :

  • Dried Egg Noodles. This brand has very good texture.
    ~
    Any greens, slightly beaten Eggs, sliced Onion, Tung Choy, sliced pork (lean), sliced Fish Cake and cooked sliced Prawns. Corn Starch and lightly beaten Eggs.
    ~
    Finely chopped Parsley.

Seasoning :

  • Sugar, Salt, Oyster sauce, Sesame oil and White pepper.All to taste. ** Note : Just dash of everything, if U prefer a stronger intensity of an ingredient flavor, simply add a little extra of that ingredient/spice (no rocket scientific measurement here). Always taste your Seasoning !!!
METHOD

Start by boiling the Noodles till Al dente. When its done, ran it under tap water to stop it from continue overcooked. Set aside

Saute the sliced Onion, sliced pork (lean), sliced Fish Cake and cooked sliced Prawns with some chopped Garlic till aromatic. Add water, Tung Choy, bring to boil and simmer a while. Add the greens. Thicken the sauce with Corn Starch, needs to be abit thick. Add Seasoning Ingredients. Pour Eggs in a circular motion. Don’t stir too much. Turn off the heat else Eggs will be over cooked.

To serve, separates the Noodles in to individual serving plate. Pour the sauce over the Noodles. Your delicious plate of Delicious “Wat Tan Noodles” is ready !!
