If U want a quick and simple fix on some delicious creamy hot soup with a little bite of Noodles, this is the recipe for U. Frankly, this is the lazy way to prepare a dish that is warm and full-filling in no time at all. More still, straightly speaking, U only need two Ingredients – Macaroni and a can of Campbell Cream of Mushroom (or any of ur favorite brand). Heck, U don’t even need any Seasoning because the can Soup is already well-seasoned. Here is The VianD’s take on “Creamy Mushroom Macaroni Soup“.

• Macaroni – The VianD has a cup elbow Macaroni. Frankly, any short pasta is fine, such as Rotini, Farfalle, Sheels or Gnocchi.

• Soup – A can of Campbell Creme of Mushroom.

• Garnish – Lots of finely sliced Parsley and Scallion.

Seasoning

• Optional – A pinch of Sugar, Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper. A dash of Sesame oil. All to taste.

• Soup – A can of Campbell Creme of Mushroom.

• Garnish – Lots of finely sliced Parsley and Scallion.

** Note : Just a dash/pinch of everything, if U prefer a stronger intensity of an ingredient/spice flavor, simply add a little extra of that ingredient/spice – no rocket scientific measurement here. Always taste your Seasoning !!! The trick is NOT the exact measurement, the trick is “to taste the Seasoning” and get ur preference balance of flavors !!!

Preparing the Macaroni and Soup

• Start by boiling the Macaroni till al dente – about 7-8 mins.

• Meanwhile, with another Pan/Pot on medium heat, simply boil ur can of Campbell crame of Mushroom, diluted with at least half a can of water (depends on ur preference of consistency). Stir well and make sure everything is dissolved into a smooth creamy thick soup.

• When the Macaroni is done, drain and simply transfer into the Mushroom Soup directly and mix well. Add all the Seasoning Ingredients and mix well, making sure everything is incorporated.
